The next Royal Doulton from our collection is this vintage character jug entitled Farmer John D5788. This is the large version standing approximately 7" tall x 7-1/2" wide. This item was issued from 1938 to 1960. As you can see in the pictures it is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There is some crazing, but that is to be expected on a piece of this vintage nature. On the bottom it has the Royal Doulton trademark.
